Our current owner has transformed this barge into a live aboard floating home.
From the wheelhouse on the aft deck, we access to the boatsman' cabin with its shiny featured wood panels and doors, currently used as an office with a double berth (110x190) in an alcove and a good headroom of 2.05m.Going forward and down few steps is the main living area. On the start board a double berth cabin (160x190) and just after a bath tub and sink room followed b y a separate macerator heads. A 1000L of black water is installed on board but this heads is not yet connected to it.
Opposite there is an utility room with heating unit and space for drying the laundry. L
Following is a large saloon open galley area with a bar table, further another utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, oven all hidden.
Following after a water tight door, another double berth cabin ( 140 x 190 cm) with heads, shower and basin.
Forward in the fore pick, the ex deckhand cabin with alcove double berth (110x190) with all features and traditional furnitures and decoration.

Heating and hot water produced by a diesel heating unit system.
River water is filtered and stocked in 4 tanks (1000L each).
Shore power for main power and a MECAFER 5KVA generator.
An old lister generator is on board by need checking.
Companionway from port side door and staircase down to the galley area.
