Board via dock stairs to the side deck or step aboard the swim platform and board via stairs to the aft deck. The swim platform has a Pacific Pro pot puller and ample room for several paddle boards when they are not secured on the top deck.
The full width aft deck is covered and provides a beautiful outdoor sitting area to watch wildlife while enjoying a cup of coffee or an evening beverage. One of three chest freezers is located just outside the main companionway; conveniently close to the galley.
Access to the upper deck is via a ladder and provides storage for the dinghy, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, fishing and crabbing equipment. Storage boxes contain a fuel tank for the dinghies, extra lines, lounge cushions, and cleaning supplies. A dinghy davit is port. Two Midea chest freezers are starboard.
Entering the main deck salon area, slip your shoes off and take in the expansive salon and dining area. Very large windows not only allow sunlight to fill the space but amazing views of the wonder that surrounds you. A dining table for six waits for a sumptuous meal or a game enjoyed by all. The U-shaped galley is starboard. All appliances are electric: Jenn-Air four (4) burner radiant stove top, separate Anna oven, Sharp-Carousel convection/microwave, refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, Broan trash compactor. A large stainless side-by-side sink and several storage cabinets and drawers complete the galley. The wet bar and buffet are forward of the galley with a sink, icemaker and beverage fridge. A lighted liquor cabinet is outboard. This is a perfect area to stage snacks or a fantastic buffet of the days catch to impress guests.
The salon has comfortable loveseats (one converts to a double berth) and chairs with a coffee table oriented toward the woodburning fireplace and TV/entertainment center. An extensive stereo system is throughout the yacht along with TV's in each cabin.
Guest quarters are forward and separate from the entertaining, pilothouse and crew areas; situated for a quiet and private respite area. There are three guest rooms, each with their own ensuite head. Guest room one and two, are double beds; the third has stacking twins with another opposite. The guest area is a great space for family with kids or sets of couples.
The pilothouse, three steps from the salon, includes a comfortable lounge area with a table for guests, the fully equipped helm station and a private desk for the captain. Port and starboard pilothouse doors access the full walk-around side decks to easily deploy fenders, the Portuguese bridge, bow seating, and the windlass to deploy or weigh the anchor.
Three crew quarters, laundry, workshop and engine room access are below and separate from the guest areas. The captain’s quarters, furthest forward, has a large twin and storage cabinets as well as access to the forward pump room and additional storage. The Captain and Crew One share a large head with tub and shower, toilet and sink. Crew One has stacking twin bunks and a separate sink. Crew Two has juxtaposing twin bunks; the shower, toilet, and sink are each separate for use by multiple people in one room. Under the bunk is access to the starboard gear box.
The laundry and utility room and workshop are across from Crew Two and lead to the full beam standup engine room.

Commentaires du Broker
This 1985 Westport 70 was built with the intention of running as a Charter for SE Alaska; the current owner is the third owner and has continued the tradition. The boat is LLC owned and the business is available for purchase; a proven itinerary and a lucrative potential for the new investors.
She also holds great possibility for a private owner to enjoy with an extended family and friends.
Whether operating as a charter business or privately, the layout is perfect for six guests (three couples) forward in private suites. The crew quarters are below with sleeping accommodations for 5 crew; however, the current captain has run with two crew (steward/chef and deck hand). She is fully equipped to support a Charter service with linens, serving ware and an extensive galley. Dinghies, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and excursion wear for adventures are included too.
Twin Scania 360hp engines, two generators, extensive spares and tools for all systems provide security in operating the boat.
Opportunity waits for a seamless transition to the new owner for continued success and enjoyment.
These boat details are subject to contract.
