Southerly garnered a big following with their swing keel range of sail boats and even though this particular vessel has had the keel glassed in the down position (no tides in the Med!) we are told it could be easily reinstated if required.

The forward cabin has V berths of 1.8m x 0.6m and 1.9m x 0.6m and there is 1.8m headroom. Moving aft into the saloon, the bench seat to starboard converts to a single berth with lee cloth 1.8m x 0.7m. The table converts to a double of 1.95m x 1.1m and there is 1.84m of headroom. The nav. station incorporates an inside helm and the central instrument column is visible from both inside and outside helming positions. To port the galley incorporating a double stainless steel sink with instant electric water heater. Two ring gas hob and oven and a coolbox. The heads is to starboard and incorporates a manual WC, handbasin and shower though only cold water is available. The gas heater visible in our photos is not connected and is not part of the sale. Finally a corridor to port leads to the aft cabin with double bed of 1.9m x 1.4m, headroom of 1.81m good locker space and a wash basin.

Southerly 115 for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this practical family cruising yacht for sale.
Well equipped for short handed cruising in the Med (our vendor has sailed single handed). Accommodation has retained most of the original features and some modifications and improvements to make a simple easy to handle cruising yacht even more enjoyable. This vessel is French registered and EU VAT compliant.
