This vessel is an ocean going live-aboard to enjoy Perth's west coast, inner rivers and Rottnest Island safely. Bring your apartment with you where ever you go.
Throughout the boat there is Wi-Fi, a sound system and air-conditioning. This is the perfect boat for living, diving, fishing & cruising. You will be impressed by the size of this unique, beautifully presented vessel.
There is so much space on deck from the stern to the bow and a large walk around area with waste high railing's making it safe for the family and kids to enjoy.
There are two large spacious cabins, one with a super king bed and en-suite and the other with a double bed, there is no shortage of sleeping space.
The spacious galley is ideally situated at the main entrance with oven, microwave, electric ceramic hot plates and fridge/freezer. Outside the galley on the back deck there is an outdoor gas bbq.
The saloon is a spacious 5x6m room with 50" smart TV, a table, a couch that converts into a double bed and two wine racks to store your favourite beverages.
The engine room appears in good condition. Both caterpillar engines 3208's have very low hours and are serviced and maintained to cat specification's so you will enjoy the water for a long time to come with minimal maintenance needed.
The vessel has undergone a complete professional painting inside and out, anti-fouling and prop speed is ready to apply for the new owner.
