Broker's Comments
A lovely example of this Elizabethan 33 sailing yacht. She looks to be in a really nice condition and is a credit to her owner.
Only being sold due to lack of time to use her and therefore she's had little use this year, however the owner appears to have maintained her really well and she is presented in a clean and tidy condition.
The boat comes with its own cradle for storage (very handy!).
The engine was serviced during August 2023 (just a few weeks ago).
Whilst she was out of the water earlier in the year she was antifouled and the cutlass bearing was changed.
