Broker's Comments

The Regal 242 makes the perfect introduction to small sports cruising. Easy to handle while big enough to comfortably sleep the whole family, with 4 berths. There is an adequate galley with a spirt burner, fridge and 240v microwave.

The staining on the interior headlining is visible in the photos, but all the side windows and foredeck hatch have been recently replaced and no longer leak.

The well laid out cockpit easily seats 4 adults, centred around a removable table.

The bathing platform is easily accessed via the transom. The foredeck can be accessed via a gate in the windscreen.

The 5.0l petrol engine runs smoothly and starts on the button. The boat has been regularly used, but a house move forces the owner to sell.

Last surveyed in March 2022. BSS valid until 2025. The mooring may be available, subject to normal vetting processes by the marina management. Current mooring fees are £3264 inc. VAT, paid annually.
