A beautiful example of a floating lodge, a well appointed 28ft Marina Boat sitting in a tranquil location in Sovereign Harbour. She has saloon bi-fold doors, fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, pop-up electric sockets and a full size wet room.

While away time relaxing in the saloon with the bi-fold doors leading onto the deck overlooking the harbour.

In the kitchen are a hot tap, combination microwave oven, 4 ring induction, fridge and freezer.

The 2 berths benefit from a porthole window each, double wardrobes and storage drawers and the wet room is of a good size with a bio-digestor WC.

There is underfloor heating to the main areas, custom fitted blinds and a feature lit glass floor!

She could be a great weekend London getaway, with really easy bus and train links straight into London Victoria or London Bridge, plus buses into Brighton every few minutes and all of the amenities, bars and restaurants on your doorstep in Brighton!

Note - this vessel cannot be used as a liveaboard at Eastbourne marina, but is approved for a move to Brighton Marina and heavy use status - please contact us for full details of permissible accommodation use.
