Last dry dock maintenance in April 2024, two coats of vinyl tar, and new anodes applied by a professional in the boating industry (invoices available). Sheet metal work was also carried out during this dry dock.
This dry dock was accompanied by a survey done by an independent inland waterway expert who attests to the good condition of the boat's hull (04/2024).
The boat is equipped with two steel diesel tanks, each with a capacity of 300 liters to supply the engine, and a 1000-liter steel fuel oil tank (red diesel) dedicated to the boat's generator and boiler (new in 2008), which acts as an instant water heater and provides heating on board. The black water tank is equipped with a dedicated pump for emptying.

The foredeck allows for a spacious terrace to be arranged. The boat's windows can be easily removed entirely, facilitating airflow in summer and window maintenance or replacement. Additionally, the boat's windows are equipped with magnetic mosquito nets, allowing you to ventilate in summer without letting flying insects into your interior.
The boat is sold with a deck wash pump that will greatly facilitate deck washing. Similarly, a water pump will allow you to easily clean the deck with raw water.
Entering the boat directly into the wheelhouse/living room (here 2.01 meters of headroom), we find a built-in sofa and a table that can seat 6 people and converts into a double bed measuring 190x190.
This wheelhouse offers a beautiful 360° view, and when combined with the boat's powerful bow thruster, navigation becomes child's play, as shown in our navigation video.
Continuing our tour towards the stern of the boat, five steps lead us to the front part of the boat, which is on the same level. Immediately to the right, we enter the boat's bathroom (here 2.13m of headroom). It is equipped with a large shower, a SFA macerator toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a Miele washing machine that also functions as a dryer, which is practical in winter!
Hot water is provided by a Booster instant marine boiler from the Dutch brand, new in 2008, which also feeds the boat's four large radiators. The boat is equipped with a powerful Westerbeke diesel generator of 4.9KVA, new in 2008. There are also 4 solar panels and a raw water filtration system with 6 filters and UV sterilization. The boat is therefore almost entirely autonomous in electricity and domestic water.
Moving further forward, we find the boat's large living area with an open kitchen (here 2.04 meters of headroom). Our owner was a former kitchen designer, which explains why this open kitchen is so beautiful! This kitchen is equipped with a Bosch electric oven (220V), which serves as a microwave, grill, and oven, a four gas burner, a large refrigerator, an open bar/worktop, and plenty of storage for all your crockery and kitchen utensils. In this room, there are also large integrated cupboards along the boat's sides, a TV corner, and a convertible sofa bed measuring 180x130.
Continuing further forward, on the left in the corridor, there is a large storage space.
Continuing towards the bow, we find the owner's cabin with a headroom of 2.01m and a double bed measuring 190x140. This room also has its own dressing room with a height of 1.98m.
The storage room and the dressing room attached to the owner's cabin can easily be transformed into a second cabin by removing the partition that separates these two spaces.
Finally, separated by a door, we find in the bow of the boat easy access to the boat's service batteries and bow thruster. In this room, you can also see the layers of insulation that have been applied from floor to ceiling throughout the boat!
