This houseboat is stunning in so many ways.
From its inception to launch, the design build and final presentation of this luxury home has been painstakingly thought through and built. The internal accommodation is across two decks as you enter through the companion way you have a store room immediately on your left and then walk into the open and spacious galley featuring a number of luxury items including a Quooker. Further forward is a stylish and relaxing upper saloon featuring a gorgeous log burner and twin doors opening out onto a spacious cockpit. The cockpit is a great place to spend time and also for entertaining, with access to steps to the upper deck which has acres of space for parties corporate events and a whole host of other uses including at one time of full size snooker table. Back inside you descend the plush steps down into the main saloon, which has the master suite and second suite of each side. This saloon is currently used as a cinema room and has its own en suite. Likewise both suites have ensuite facilities dressing rooms acres of space, double beds and in the master suite a huge window, opening up the landscape outside. This beautiful property has been thoughtfully designed and stylishly completed and provides a multitude of potential uses from a luxurious family home to a platform for business corporate events and even holiday lets.
